Improving outcomes for children, young people and families with multiple problems
(funded by the Department for Education)

The voice of young people and families are central to adopting an effective whole family approach; this area provides messages from the young people we have consulted with. It also contains tools and resources to support consultation with young people in your local area.
Over the last 15 years, young carers have told us that schools play a vital role in identifying and supporting them to reduce or prevent inappropriate caring roles. Here is a range of resources that have been developed to support awareness raising, training, support provision and pupil awareness in schools.
During our national events, we asked delegates to share with us their examples of good practice.
Want to share whole family working with your staff and colleagues? We can provide bespoke training, contact us for more information.
